It was clean with amiable staff.

That was well-maintained and nice hotel set in nice enough area, next to Conway, AR and local restaurants and stores and stores. We booked a triple room with double beds and really enjoyed it.

Friendly staff, good value for money, breakfast was good as well. The fridge was big and worked very well.

Let me start by saying that there is no reason to complain for the price paid but if I have to mention some weaknesses, it would be the following. No power plugs available close to the bed, I had to craw under the bed to pull out the one for the alarm. The hottub was also out of order one night.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The bed had a bad lean to it and the drains had a mold /mildew smell when I used the shower and sink.

We only stayed here one night. The location was great! Easy on/off major roads, restaurants/shopping nearby, free breakfast (which we didn't partake in because we slept too late), and the room was clean. This hotel was the perfect "quick" overnight stay...would definitely stay here again.

Free wi-fi was great, but the breakfast options really need improvement.

This was a really clean room. No qualms about walking barefoot after a few hours in my white socks yielded no dirt. The staff was very friendly.

Everything good until charged 20 more for pet yet she was okay with manager. Pool and hot tub nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the clean, spacious room and the fun indoor pool. The hot tub was a lovely way to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the game room could use a little update, but overall we had a great time! 😊

the outside door to the hotel was broken. so anyone could enter into the inner hotel rooms. Howard Johnson's should fix the door.

The spacious lobby was beautifully decorated with charming antiques. Accessibility for seniors was considered, with easy navigation throughout the hotel's common areas and amenities.

More comfortable seating options would be appreciated.

location was good for us. Pet friendly and a restaurant adjoining the hotel . Rates were reasonable

Rooms were outdated- shower was not very good ( no water thru old shower head.) The breakfast was not much to speak of. where the breakfast was set up was a cold area. They were doing remodeling while we were there so hopefully will update rooms . Could be a very nice place . Over all you get what you pay for.

Beds were comfortable and room was decent size for the time my family spent in it.

The hot tub was more like heated pool temp. My oldest daughter said the pool was a little chilly for being a heated pool. That could be improved but it worked for the one night that we did use the pool/hot tub.
